A Thai Hidden Gem

One of my favorites, located in Kettering, OH, is Singha Thai. Everything about this place is amazing! The cozy, yet elegant atmosphere is very welcoming. They make every order "made to order" and are happy to accommodate any request for ingredients to be added or removed. When it comes to the spice levels, they are not playing, but I love spice so the hotter the better for this chick!

My "go to" is the Tom Yom Noodle Soup paired with a glass of pinot grigio. Oh, and don't forget the heat! This Thai spicy and sour noodle soup has thin rice noodles, ground chicken, shrimp, beansprouts, cilantro and scallions. It is simply amazing on a cold or hot day! I would probably eat it for breakfast if I could! Nom Nom!

The dish pictured below is another favorite of mine! Pad Thai, add chicken and yep, you guessed it, make it HOT! This dish is stir fried thin rice noodles, egg, bean sprouts, scallion, minus the ground peanuts for me. It was so delicious! I also paired this with a glass of pinot grigio. It was the perfect dinner!

The food is great, the staff are very friendly and accommodating and the prices are very reasonable. You should check them out!
